Road Standards Ordinance: 2005-04. Adopted September 26, 2005. The purpose is to establish and adopt road standards and conditions of design and construction, applicability, establishing road service classes and defining terms, setting forth a table of requirements and supplemental drawings, and setting forth variance procedures.
Street Naming and Address Numbering Ordinance: 98-3. An Ordinance declaring a street name and address numbering system.
Subdivision Ordinance: 2006-02. This ordinance was adopted by the Board of Commissioners December 6, 2005. The purpose is to establish jurisdiction, interpretation, and administration; providing definitions; establishing restrictions; establishing minor and full subdivision requirements ; establishing vacation of subdivision requirements; providing mitigation of effects of development; providing variances, violations and penalties, and effective date. Road Ordinance: 2005-04 This ordinance was adopted by the Board of Commissioners September 26, 2005.
Zoning and Development Ordinance: 2001-07. Adopted March 24, 2003. This is to provide land use and development regulations, considering all lands within the jurisdiction of Boise County as one Multiple Use District. This sets the standards and review procedures for various land uses.
