JOB ANNOUNCEMENTS:

AUDITOR /PAYROLL/HR ADMINISTRATOR, DEPUTY CLERK
Position is responsible for all aspects of the payroll function, including: reporting requirements, personnel forms, maintenance of personnel files, time cards, pay rates and benefits. Additional responsibilities include assisting with payroll related financial projects, as needed, and front counter customer service, as needed. Personal attributes for the position follow:

  • Ability to work with a variety of personalities
  • Ability to provide quality customer service
  • High level of organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and with a high degree of accuracy
  • Requires discretion and confidentiality in handling privileged documents
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word software

Education: High School degree or GED equivalency required, additional education beneficial but not required.
Experience: General bookkeeping, financial and/or customer service experience preferred.
Reporting: Position reports to the elected Clerk.

Community Justice Administrative Assistant/Community Service Coordinator – Job Description – Basic functions include performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support the daily activities of the department and to maintain the community service program. This position is full-time (40 hours per week) with benefits.
